1) Introduction

Dohour respects the privacy of Salla merchants and app users. This policy explains what data we process when you install and use the app, how we use it, and your choices. It works together with our Terms of Service.

2) Data we collect

Store account data from Salla: store ID, store name, storefront domain, and subscription data needed to run the app.
Catalog and optimization data: products, collections, images, SEO titles, descriptions, URLs, and related fields used by app features.
Operational data: technical logs, errors, and performance metrics for reliability and security.
When you connect Google (optional): your Google account email, Search Console properties you can access, and aggregated organic search metrics (clicks, impressions, queries).

3) How we use data

To generate and improve SEO content with AI (titles, descriptions, alt text, URLs).
To show health scores, reports, and in-app guidance.
To show an organic search snapshot from Google Search Console when you voluntarily connect Google.
For support, security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

4) Google Search Console & OAuth

If you choose to connect Google Search Console, we request read-only access (webmasters.readonly). We use Google data only to display organic search analytics in app Settings and to match your store with the verified property in Search Console.

We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
We do not transfer Google data to data brokers or ad platforms.
You can disconnect in app Settings or revoke access in your Google Account.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements for Google user data.

5) Service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share the minimum necessary with trusted providers to operate the service, such as: Salla (APIs), AI providers for SEO text processing, Google (when you opt in), and hosting and email infrastructure.

6) Security & retention

We apply reasonable security measures to protect data. We retain data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward where required legally or operationally. Google OAuth tokens are removed when you disconnect.

7) Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion in line with applicable laws. Uninstalling the app from Salla stops new collection from your store.

8) Updates

We may update this policy when we add features or when legal requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page.
